Auto X Limited Return and Exchange Policy

Auto X Limited supplies new tyres and part worn tyres from our site at Twin Trees Farm, Rowley Lane, Wexham, Slough SL3 6PB. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, inspections, and refunds work for these products.

1. Products covered

• New tyres
• Part worn tyres

No other items or services are included in this policy.

2. Returns policy

We accept returns only for defective tyres.
A tyre is considered defective if:
• It has a structural or manufacturing defect
• It leaks air without any external damage
• It does not match the size or model listed on the order
• The wrong product was supplied by us

To qualify for a return:
• The tyre must not be driven on
• The tyre must not be fitted or inflated
• The tyre must not have any cuts, impact damage, or marks from use
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns we cannot accept

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Tyres used on the road
• Tyres fitted by any workshop
• Tyres damaged after sale
• Tyres with bead damage from fitting
• Normal wear on part worn tyres after use

If the tyre does not meet the above conditions, the return request will be refused.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:
• Defective tyres
• Incorrect tyres supplied
• Stock availability permitting

Exchanges are not available for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Tyres used or fitted
• Cosmetic imperfections on part worn tyres that do not affect safety

When an exchange is approved:
• The replacement tyre will match the original size and specification
• Collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the customer
• If stock is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead

4. Inspection process

Every return or exchange request requires an inspection.
The inspection checks the following:
• Tread condition
• Sidewall integrity
• Bead condition
• Proof of manufacturing defect
• Any signs of use or damage

If the tyre passes inspection as defective, the return or exchange is approved.
If the tyre fails inspection due to use or damage, the request is refused.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for tyres confirmed as defective after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds take 5 to 7 working days after approval.

Refunds are not issued for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Part worn tyres with normal wear
• Tyres damaged after sale
• Tyres that do not pass inspection

6. Return shipping

If the tyre is confirmed defective, we cover reasonable return transport costs.
If the tyre is not defective, the customer pays all return or redelivery costs.

7. How to request a return or exchange

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send the following on WhatsApp:
• Full name
• Order number
• Tyre size
• Clear photos of the tyre
• Video if leakage is suspected
• Explanation of the issue
