I had a puncture and needed urgent help. I contacted Auto X Limited for mobile tyre fitting and they arrived on time. The technician replaced the tyre and balanced it on-site using their fully equipped van. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great option if you need roadside tyre fitting or fast tyre replacement service.

Wanted to convey my thanks and gratitude to the team at Auto X. After leaving gym I had a totally flat tyre. I also had to be home within the hour. And had just been swimming. I cannot imagine how random my appearance at their premises must have been; hair in a towel, in a swimming dry robe.. requesting that someone replaces my tyre and gives me a lift home. Service is very much about what is done, but it is also about the how - that customer service. Auto X were amazing, they were able to help. And dropped me off home so I could honour my commitment and changed my tyre for a fair price. Dropping my car back to me and considerately reversing on to the drive. A great customer experience. Thank you for being responsive, kind and understanding. For listening. It matters and it makes a difference.

Owner's reply
Thank you for taking the time to share this. We really appreciate your kind words and your trust in Auto X Limited. Breakdowns never happen at a good time. You were under pressure and needed a quick solution. We are glad our team could step in, get your tyre replaced, and help you get home on time. Customer care matters to us just as much as the repair itself. Small details like safe driving, clear communication, and returning your car considerately are all part of the service we aim to provide every day. Your feedback means a lot to the whole team. We are always here if you need us again.
